Apply for a Vehicle
After you’ve been in a not at fault vehicle accident, you can apply for an accident replacement vehicle online or by EMAIL US. We’ll ask you to provide us with all the relevant information we need to process your claim.
Assessment and Approval
After receiving your application, we typically provide approval within 24–48 hours. If your vehicle is undrivable, we may be able to deliver a replacement directly to the accident scene.
Vehicle Delivery
After you're approved, we'll lock in a delivery time that works for you and send over the paperwork for you to sign.
Vehicle Return
You’ll be responsible for fuel, tolls, and any fines incurred while using the replacement vehicle, as you would with your personal vehicle.
